I only come here for my nails now. The pedicure is hands down the best I’ve ever had, and my nails are flawless every single time. The team is super responsive, the service is consistently excellent, and you always feel well looked after. Kelly is my absolute go-to, but honestly all of the women here are wonderful and do an amazing job every visit. Highly recommend! X

I have been coming to this salon for over 3 years. The staff is very friendly. The nail artist Kelly is great and the girls that do massage are all very gentle and patient. Place is always clean and tidy. I would recommend this salon any time.

First time having my nails done since arriving here, and I'm happy with the result! The staff greeted me happily and showed me to my seat as soon as I got there. The nail tech I had was Kelly, who I selected based on previous reviews here. She was so nice and made me comfortable throughout the whole process. I loved her work and was pretty quick as well! An hour for mani + pedi with acrylic nail. Highly recommend ❤️

I have been coming to The One for quite some time for pedicures which have always been fantastic. Tam was great today. Very gentle and paid attention to detail. I haven’t been able to get my nails done because of my job however during some time off I decided to get Xmas themed acrylics. I showed Kelly some inspo photos and she nailed the brief. I couldn’t be happier with my first set of nails in many years.
